Baxter Health Welcomes Jamie Leach, LMSW, to the Behavioral Health Team

Baxter Health is proud to welcome Jamie Leach, LMSW, as the Behavioral Health and Community Relations Specialist. Jamie brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to supporting the mental and emotional well-being of our community.

Jamie previously served as a behavioral therapist at Chenal Family Therapy in Mountain Home as well as in roles in other Baxter Health departments including Behavioral Health, First Step, and Hospice of the Ozarks. She obtained her Master of Social Work from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida, her Bachelor of Social Work from Brescia University in Owensboro, Kentucky, and her Associate of Arts from Arkansas State University - Mountain Home.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys attending concerts, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her 13-year-old son. She looks forward to working with the Behavioral Health team at Baxter Health to expand the access to high-quality behavioral health services in our service area.
