Baxter Health Welcomes Jessica O'Dell, APRN, to Baxter Health ENT & Allergy Clinic
Baxter Health is pleased to announce the addition of Jessica O'Dell, APRN, to Baxter Health ENT & Allergy Clinic.
O'Dell brings 19 years of nursing experience to her new role, including 10 years at Baxter Health — 8 of which were spent in the Cline Emergency Center — as well as 3 years as an emergency room travel nurse, gaining diverse experience across multiple healthcare settings.
O'Dell's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. She also holds an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and an LPN Certificate from North Arkansas College in Harrison.
Throughout her career, O'Dell has gained extensive experience in high-acuity settings, including emergency departments ranging from critical access facilities to Level 2 and Level 3 trauma centers. She has served as a relief charge nurse, an emergency room travel nurse, and a PRN urgent care nurse, developing strong clinical judgment and a broad skill set that includes care for MI patients, stroke and trauma patients, and post-operative care. Her urgent care experience includes breathing treatments, IM injections, laboratory duties, and sports and DOT physicals.
O'Dell has strong roots in north central Arkansas, having previously served as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse and Relief Charge Nurse at Baxter Health in Mountain Home and as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse at Stone County Medical Center in Mountain View.

Outside of caring for her patients, Jessica enjoys fishing, floating on the Buffalo River, and watching her 11-year-old daughter play basketball. She is happily married and enjoys life with her husband and their daughter. Together, they enjoy spending time on their cattle farm, going to auctions, going for rides in their side-by-side, and making the most of time together as a family.
