Baxter Health Welcomes Jessica O'Dell, APRN, to Baxter Health ENT & Allergy Clinic

Baxter Health is pleased to announce the addition of Jessica O'Dell, APRN, to Baxter Health ENT & Allergy Clinic, where she joins the practice of John Neis, MD, Lynda Stovall, AuD, and Melissa Hayes, APRN.

O'Dell brings 19 years of nursing experience to her new role, including a decade at Baxter Health in Mountain Home, 8 of which were spent in the Cline Emergency Center. She has also served as a relief charge nurse and a registered nurse in the Emergency Department at Stone County Medical Center in Mountain View, reflecting both her deep roots in north central Arkansas and her diverse experience across multiple healthcare settings.

O'Dell's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. She also holds an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and an LPN Certificate from North Arkansas College in Harrison.

Throughout her career, O'Dell has developed strong clinical judgment and a broad skill set across a variety of high-acuity settings, from critical access facilities to Level 2 and Level 3 trauma centers, experience that translates directly to the fast-paced, detail-oriented nature of ENT and allergy care. Her background managing complex, time-sensitive patient needs as a relief charge nurse, emergency room nurse, and urgent care nurse has sharpened her ability to assess and respond quickly, skills that are invaluable when caring for patients dealing with everything from acute ear, nose, and throat conditions to chronic allergy management.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jessica to Baxter Health ENT & Allergy Clinic,” said Brian Barnett, VP of Physician Enterprise & Business Development. “Her extensive clinical background and deep connection to our region make her a wonderful addition to our team and to the patients we are privileged to serve.”

Outside of caring for her patients, Jessica enjoys fishing, floating on the Buffalo River, and watching her 11-year-old daughter play basketball. She is happily married and enjoys life with her husband and their daughter. Together, they enjoy spending time on their cattle farm, going to auctions, going for rides in their side-by-side, and making the most of time together as a family.
