Baxter Regional COVID-19 Vaccine Update #4

Registration is open online at and on the new Baxter Regional COVID-19 Vaccine Hotline at (870) 508-3100 from noon until 5 p.m. today and Wednesday, February 10 from 8 a.m. until all vaccines are allocated.

Baxter Regional Medical Center has received an additional 1,000 Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccines to be administered BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Friday, February 12* at the Baxter County Fairgrounds. Appointments are available while supplies last for those in Phase 1-A or partial 1-B ONLY, including adults age 70 years and older as well as those working in healthcare or education and first responders who have not yet received a vaccine.

The Baxter Regional COVID-19 Vaccine Hotline is only available when registration is open. If you are unable to get through, please keep trying. We are unable to take messages and return calls, as operators are busy registering patients. In the event that all vaccines are allocated, we will change the voicemail message on the Baxter Regional COVID-19 Vaccine Hotline that registration is closed.

You MUST be registered by phone or online and have a confirmed appointment to receive a vaccine. Please refrain from calling Baxter Regional main number or the COVID-10 Hotline. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

*In case of inclement weather, the vaccination event will be rescheduled for a different day. Updates will be posted on, and by Baxter Regional on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
