Baxter Regional Welcomes Adam Smitherman, MD

Dr. Smitherman has joined Dr. Bradley and Dr. Gocio at Baxter Regional Neurosurgery and Spine Clinic in Mountain Home, AR.

Baxter Regional Medical Center welcomes Adam Smitherman, MD, to our medical staff and Baxter Regional Neurosurgery and Spine Clinic in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Dr. Smitherman is a neurosurgeon joining the practice of Dr. Lucas Bradley and Dr. Allan Gocio.

Dr. Smitherman originally obtained his undergraduate degree in genetics at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. He went on to complete his Medical Degree at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, and finished a Neurosurgery Spine Fellowship at Rush University in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Smitherman’s areas of interest include open and minimally invasive spine surgery, adult spinal deformity, and spinal oncology. He enjoys hiking, fly fishing, cooking, tennis, volunteer mission work and traveling.
