BRMC is once again providing free lab testing for cholesterol, blood sugar and Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA). A new test offered this year is Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), a test used to screen for and diagnose diabetes and pre-diabetes. All blood tests will be available daily until 11 a.m. only, and a 12-hour fast is recommended for most accurate results.
The Health Fair and Expo offers something for everyone's interest, with vendors featuring health information, exhibits, and demonstrations. A wide variety of information will be available, from financial planning and healthcare equipment to services for retirement living and more - all under one roof and free of charge!
