In 2023, Fulton County Hospital entered into a management agreement with Baxter Health. In 2024, after unanimous votes by both the Fulton County Quorum Court on and the Baxter Health System Board of Directors, Fulton County Hospital reached a long-term agreement to become part of the Baxter Health System.
