About M. Brooke

Mikalee "Brooke" Hinrichs began her nursing career as a licensed practical nurse before earning her registered nursing degree, both from Arkansas State University Mountain Home. She then went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and, most recently, her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. That path, built one step at a time right here in north central Arkansas, reflects the kind of steady, purposeful commitment that women’s health patients deserve in a provider.

Her clinical background includes years of experience as a registered nurse at Baxter Health’s own Comprehensive Women’s Clinic, where she cared for patients through pregnancy, labor and delivery, and all aspects of women’s health. That means she already knows these patients, understands what they need, and is stepping into her new role as a nurse practitioner with a depth of relationship and institutional knowledge that is genuinely rare.

Hinrichs’ primary focus is preventive and routine women’s health care, including wellness exams, contraception counseling and management, menstrual health, menopause management, and gynecologic conditions. She also supports Dr. Flowers’ obstetric patients when Dr. Flowers is unavailable, ensuring continuity of care for those patients.
