About Jessica

Jessica O'Dell earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walden University, where she completed her training as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the Spring of 2026.

O'Dell brings 19 years of nursing experience to her role at Baxter Health ENT & Allergy Clinic, including 10 years at Baxter Health — 8 of which were spent in the emergency room. She also served as an emergency room travel nurse for 3 years, gaining diverse experience across a variety of healthcare settings in Arkansas and Missouri. Her clinical background spans emergency care, medical-surgical nursing, urgent care, and school nursing.
