Baxter Health Announces Transition of McClintock Family Medicine to Baxter Health McClintock Family Clinic

Baxter Health is pleased to announce that McClintock Family Medicine will officially transition to Baxter Health McClintock Family Clinic on February 2, 2026. The clinic will continue serving patients at its current location at 306 N. Chestnut Street in Harrison.

Through this partnership, Dr. Jacob McClintock and Dr. Sarah McClintock will be able to focus more fully on what matters most, providing high-quality, patient-centered care, while Baxter Health supports operational and administrative services. Patients can expect the same trusted care from the same dedicated providers they know.

In addition to Dr. Jacob McClintock and Dr. Sarah McClintock, Mary Seawright, APRN; Jean Ann Thompson, APRN; and Amanda Tollett, APRN will continue to practice at the clinic, ensuring continuity of care for the community.
