Baxter Health Fulton County Hospital Recognizes EZ Niles as Hospital Administrator
Baxter Health Fulton County Hospital is proud to formally recognize EZ Niles as the hospital’s Administrator, a role he has held since March 2025. With over 22 years of experience in the hospital and healthcare industry, Niles has brought a strong focus on operational excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care to the organization.
Since stepping into the position, Niles has worked closely with hospital leadership and staff to enhance internal systems, support clinical operations, and strengthen community relationships. His background in healthcare operations and technology has proven instrumental in advancing key initiatives and aligning local care delivery with the broader mission of Baxter Health.
Before joining Baxter Health Fulton County Hospital, Niles served as Executive Director of Information Technology, Pharmacy, and Materials Management at Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains, Missouri. He obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology Management from Missouri State University in West Plains.

Outside of work, EZ enjoys spending time with his family, coaching the soccer teams for his two youngest sons, and attending their travel baseball games.
