RDLC to host Summer Outing for T1D Kids Group

The Reppell Diabetes Learning Center is going SPELUNKING! A Type 1 Diabetes Kids Group outing to Blanchard Springs Caverns is scheduled for Sunday, June 11. The group will depart from the RDLC at noon for a day of fun and adventure.
The RDLC T1D Kids Group is a support group especially geared towards young people who have type 1 diabetes and are interested in living life to the fullest. The group doesnandrsquo;t have regular monthly meetings or planned topics of discussion, but by focusing on the positive things life has to offer, they are able to support and handle everyday situations for anyone managing his or her type 1 diabetes.
Transportation to and from Blanchard Springs will be provided. This event is free and open to all children with type 1 diabetes. To register your child, call the RDLC at (870) 508-1765.
