A diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or Dementia for a family member is often overwhelming and confusing. What does a diagnosis mean? How should I plan? What questions should I ask? Should Mom/Dad still be driving? What should I expect? What resources are available? How should I communicate with my loved one? Come find support through open and topic driven discussion with other caregivers and healthcare professionals.

When: Meets 4th Thursday of each month at 2:00 p.m.
