Malnutrition is one of the most common and serious side effects of cancer and its treatment for cancer patients. Early intervention with nutritional supplementation has been shown to halt malnutrition and may improve outcome in some patients.
Join the Peitz Cancer Support House of Baxter Regional Medical Center for a Lunch & Learn featuring Morgan Drain, MS, RD, LD, a Clinical Dietician at Baxter Regional, on Thursday, October 3 at noon. Morgan will share ways to prevent malnutrition and improve patients’ health during cancer treatments.
