Renowned expert on aging David A. Lipschitz, MD, PhD, Medical Director of the Mruk Family Education Center on Aging and Fairlamb Senior Health Clinic, is hosting bi-monthly seminars in 2018, different from the Lunch & Learns in years past. Coffee & Conversations with Dr. David is a series of preventative programs for senior adults range in topic – from the importance of exercising and eating right and living a stress free life to the burden of caregiving and memory loss. His talks are educational, enlightening and motivating.

Coffee & Conversations with Dr. David kicks off with Physical and Mental Agility: The Key to a Longer Life on Monday, April 2 at 11 a.m. in the Lagerborg Dining Room.
